FanAmp Community Guidelines

Effective April 10, 2022.

FanAmp is a destination built for all fans to do what matters most: share the emotions, memories, and magic of living the sports and shows they love. To be that safe, inclusive community, all users agree to adhere to the FanAmp Community Guidelines.

We will continue to monitor and adapt these guidelines as needed to create the best experience for you, our users.

Guidelines

Follow the law: You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to selling, buying, or facilitating transactions in illegal goods or services, spreading non-consensual nudity or sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or infringing on anyone’s intellectual property rights.

Foster meaningful connections: User profiles and behavior must foster an inclusive community. Be mindful of how you represent yourself and interact with one another.

Protected characteristics include: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, veteran status, age.

Respect user privacy: Do not publish or post other people’s private information (such as home phone number and address) without their express authorization and permission. This includes threatening to expose such information or incentivizing others to do so.

Cease impersonations: Users are prohibited from impersonating individuals, groups, or organizations in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others. While you do not need to provide your real name (birthday and valid phone are required), that’s not an excuse to assume someone else’s identity.

Preserve community stability: No user shall take action – on their own or by assisting others – to disrupt or disable normal use of the FanAmp Services outlined in the User Agreement. This includes but is not limited to spamming chat messages, sharing scams, distributing unauthorized advertisements, introducing malicious code, or making it difficult for others to use their accounts.

Comply with enforcement actions: All enforcement actions taken, such as suspensions, are binding until expiration or removal upon successful appeal and must not be circumvented. Any attempt to do so – such as using another user’s account –will result in additional enforcement action against you as well as anyone enabling you.
